Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: June 2026
OneWander is operated by Meridian Grove Inc. (“Meridian Grove Inc.,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This document sets out our commitments and the standards we apply to keep OneWander free of child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”).
1. Adult-Only Service
OneWander is an 18+ service. Our Terms of Service expressly require every user to be at least 18 years old, and account creation includes an explicit age confirmation step. Use of OneWander by anyone under 18 is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, or any content, behavior, or interaction that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. Specifically prohibited at all times — without limitation — are:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Sexually explicit content involving minors, including AI-generated, cartoon, animated, or fictional depictions
- Grooming, solicitation, or any communication intended to sexually exploit a minor
- Sextortion or sexual coercion of any kind
- Sharing personally identifiable information about a minor without lawful consent
- Promotion or facilitation of child trafficking
- Promotion of or links to external services known to host any of the above
3. Detection and Enforcement
We employ a combination of automated content moderation and human review:
- Image and text moderation is applied to user-generated content (profile photos, hangout content, usernames, names, bios) using third-party safety services to detect explicit or harmful content.
- In-app reporting tools let any user flag inappropriate content, hangouts, or users.
- 24-hour response commitment: we act on reports of CSAE or any content involving minors immediately upon discovery, and on other objectionable-content reports within 24 hours.
- Account termination: users found to have engaged in CSAE-related conduct are permanently banned. Where required by law we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to applicable local authorities.
4. Reporting CSAE
If you encounter any content, account, or behavior on OneWander that you believe involves a minor or constitutes CSAE, please contact us immediately:
Child safety contact: legal@onewander.app
We treat reports as urgent and respond within 24 hours. You may also report CSAE directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or +1 (800) 843-5678 (United States).
5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Meridian Grove Inc. cooperates with law enforcement investigations involving CSAE and complies with applicable legal process, including preservation requests, subpoenas, and emergency disclosure requests under 18 U.S.C. § 2702(b)(8) and equivalent statutes in other jurisdictions.
6. Updates
We review and update these standards as platform threats evolve. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
